حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَرَوْحٌ الْمَعْنَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ بَيْنَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَحِيضُ بَعْدَمَا تَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ مُقَاوَلَةٌ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ زَيْدٌ لَا تَنْفِرُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهَا بِالْبَيْتِ وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِذَا طَافَتْ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ وَحَلَّتْ لِزَوْجِهَا نَفَرَتْ إِنْ شَاءَتْ وَلَا تَنْتَظِرُ فَقَالَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّكَ إِذَا خَالَفْتَ زَيْدًا لَمْ نُتَابِعْكَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ سَلُوا أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ فَسَأَلُوهَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَخْبَرَتْ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيِّ بْنِ أَخْطَبَ أَصَابَهَا ذَلِكَ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ الْخَيْبَةُ لَكِ حَبَسْتِينَا فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْفِرَ وَأَخْبَرَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ أَنَّهَا لَقِيَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَنْفِرَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Rawh narrated to us - the meaning is the same - they said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Ikrimah, that there was a dispute between Ibn Abbas and Zayd ibn Thabit regarding a woman who menstruates after performing Tawaf around the Ka'bah on the Day of Sacrifice. Zayd said: "She should not depart until her last act is Tawaf around the House." Ibn Abbas said: "If she performed Tawaf on the Day of Sacrifice and became lawful for her husband, she may depart if she wishes and need not wait." The Ansar said: "O Ibn Abbas, if you oppose Zayd, we will not follow you." Ibn Abbas said: "Ask Umm Sulaym." So they asked her, and she informed them that Safiyyah bint Huyayy ibn Akhtab had experienced that. Aisha said: "How unfortunate for you! You have held us up." That was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he ordered her to depart. And Umm Sulaym informed them that she had experienced the same, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered her to depart.
