حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَأَتَيْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ فَحَدَّثَتْنِي أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَبَعَثَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ قَالَتْ فَقَالَ لِي أَخُوهُ اخْرُجِي مِنْ الدَّارِ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ لِي نَفَقَةً وَسُكْنَى حَتَّى يَحِلَّ الْأَجَلُ قَالَ لَا قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ فُلَانًا طَلَّقَنِي وَإِنَّ أَخَاهُ أَخْرَجَنِي وَمَنَعَنِي السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةَ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا لَكَ وَلِابْنَةِ آلِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَخِي طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا جَمِيعًا قَالَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ انْظُرِي يَا ابْنَةَ آلِ قَيْسٍ إِنَّمَا النَّفَقَةُ وَالسُّكْنَى لِلْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا مَا كَانَتْ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ فَإِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ فَلَا نَفَقَةَ وَلَا سُكْنَى اخْرُجِي فَانْزِلِي عَلَى فُلَانَةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّهُ يُتَحَدَّثُ إِلَيْهَا انْزِلِي عَلَى ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ فَإِنَّهُ أَعْمَى لَا يَرَاكِ ثُمَّ لَا تَنْكِحِي حَتَّى أَكُونَ أُنْكِحُكِ قَالَتْ فَخَطَبَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَسْتَأْمِرُهُ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَنْكِحِينَ مَنْ هُوَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْهُ فَقُلْتُ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَأَنْكِحْنِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قَالَتْ فَأَنْكَحَنِي أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us: Mujalid narrated to us: Amir narrated to us, who said: I came to Madinah and went to Fatimah bint Qays, and she told me that her husband had divorced her during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent him on a military expedition. She said: His brother said to me, "Leave the house." I said, "I am entitled to maintenance and lodging until the waiting period ends." He said, "No." She said: So I went to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "So-and-so divorced me, and his brother has put me out and denied me lodging and maintenance." So he sent for him, and he said, "What is between you and the daughter of the family of Qays?" He said, "O Messenger of Allah, my brother divorced her with three pronouncements all at once." She said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Look, daughter of the family of Qays, maintenance and lodging are due to a woman from her husband only while he has the right to take her back. If he no longer has the right to take her back, there is no maintenance and no lodging. Go and stay with so-and-so." Then he said, "People talk about her, so stay instead with Ibn Umm Maktum, for he is blind and will not see you. Then do not marry until I am the one who gives you in marriage." She said: A man from Quraysh then proposed to me, and I went to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to consult him, and he said, "Will you not marry one who is dearer to me than him?" I said, "Yes indeed, O Messenger of Allah, marry me to whomever you love." She said: So he married me to Usamah ibn Zayd.
