حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُبَارَكٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ أَبُو شُجَاعٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ هُرْمُزَ الْأَعْرَجَ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي نَاعِمٌ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ سُئِلَتْ أَتَغْتَسِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ إِذَا كَانَتْ كَيِّسَةً رَأَيْتُنِي وَرَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَغْتَسِلُ مِنْ مِرْكَنٍ وَاحِدٍ نُفِيضُ عَلَى أَيْدِينَا حَتَّى نُنْقِيَهَا ثُمَّ نُفِيضُ عَلَيْنَا الْمَاءَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ali b. Ishaq told us: Abdullah - meaning Ibn al-Mubarak - told us: Sa'id b. Yazid, Abu Shuja', informed us: I heard Abd al-Rahman b. Hurmuz al-A'raj say: Na'im, the freed slave of Umm Salamah, told me that Umm Salamah was asked, "Does a woman bathe together with a man?" She said: "Yes, if she is discreet. You have seen me and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, bathing from a single basin, pouring water on our hands until we cleaned them, then pouring water over ourselves."
