حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سِمَاكٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أُتِيتُ وَأَنَا نَائِمٌ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقِيلَ لِي إِنَّ اللَّيْلَةَ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ قَالَ فَقُمْتُ وَأَنَا نَاعِسٌ فَتَعَلَّقْتُ بِبَعْضِ أَطْنَابِ فُسْطَاطِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِذَا هُوَ يُصَلِّي فَنَظَرْتُ فِي تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةِ قَالَ فَإِذَا هِيَ لَيْلَةُ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas said: I was told while asleep in Ramadan: 'Tonight is the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr).' I got up drowsily and held onto one of the ropes of the tent of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and he was praying. I looked to see which night it was, and it was the twenty-third night.
