حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَشْرَبُوا فِي الذَّهَبِ وَلَا فِي الْفِضَّةِ وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا الْحَرِيرَ وَالدِّيبَاجَ فَإِنَّهَا لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَهِيَ لَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya b. 'Abd al-Malik b. Abi Ghaniyyah told us, my father told us, from al-Hakam, from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Layla, from Hudhayfah, he said: I heard the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Do not drink from gold or silver vessels, and do not wear silk or brocade, for they are for them in this world, and they are for you in the Hereafter."
