حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ عَنْ خَرَشَةَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ نَمُوتُ وَنَحْيَا وَإِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hajjaj told us: Shayban told us: Mansur told us, from Rib'i, from Kharashah ibn al-Hurr, from Abu Dharr, who said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, took to his bed at night, he would say: "O Allah, in Your name we die and we live." And when he woke up, he would say: "Praise be to Allah who gave us life after having caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection."
