حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْعَبْديِّ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي كُسُوفٍ فَلَمْ نَسْمَعْ لَهُ صَوْتًا.

Waki' told us, from Sufyan, from al-Aswad ibn Qays al-Abdi, from Tha'labah ibn Abbad, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, led us in prayer during an eclipse, and we did not hear his voice.
