حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ اسْتُكْرِهَتْ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ma'mar ibn Sulayman al-Raqqi told us: al-Hajjaj told us, from Abd al-Jabbar, from his father, who said: A woman was raped in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He waived the prescribed punishment from her and imposed it on the one who had violated her, and it was not mentioned that he assigned her a dowry.
