قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَيَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ ابْنَةِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَعَ الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَتُهُ فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ دَمًا وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى.

He said, Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Ibn Numayr told us, they said: Hisham and Yazid told us — Yazid said: Hisham informed us — from Hafsa bint Sirin, from Salman ibn Amir al-Dabbi: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said — Ibn Numayr said: that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and Yazid ibn Harun said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say — 'With the boy is his sacrifice at birth, so pour out blood on his behalf, and remove the harm from him.'
