حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ صَيْدُ الْبَرِّ لَكُمْ حَلَالٌ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ مَا لَمْ تَصِيدُوهُ أَوْ يُصَدْ لَكُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sa'id ibn Mansur and Qutaybah ibn Sa'id told us, they said: Ya'qub ibn Abd al-Rahman told us, from Amr ibn Abi Amr, from al-Muttalib, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said - and Qutaybah said in his narration: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say - Hunting on land is lawful for you. Sa'id said: while you are in the state of pilgrim consecration, so long as you did not hunt it yourselves or it was not hunted for you.
