حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ أَخُو ابْنِ أَبِي حَزْمٍ الْقُطَعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ { وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ } { هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ } فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ رَبُّكُمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنَا أَهْلٌ أَنْ أُتَّقَى أَنْ يُجْعَلَ مَعِي إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَمَنْ اتَّقَى أَنْ يَجْعَلَ مَعِي إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَهُوَ أَهْلٌ لِأَنْ أَغْفِرَ لَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Surayj narrated to us, Suhayl the brother of Ibn Abi Hazm al-Qut'i narrated to us, who said: Thabit al-Bunani narrated to me, who said: I heard Anas ibn Malik say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, recite this verse: "And you do not will except that Allah wills" and "He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Your Lord, Mighty and Sublime, says: I am worthy to be feared, that no other god be set up with Me; and whoever fears that he should set up another god with Me, he is worthy that I forgive him."
