حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ وَقَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ لَمَّا حُرِّمَتْ الْخَمْرُ قَالَ إِنِّي يَوْمَئِذٍ لَأَسْقِيهِمْ لَأَسْقِي أَحَدَ عَشَرَ رَجُلًا فَأَمَرُونِي فَكَفَأْتُهَا وَكَفَأَ النَّاسُ آنِيَتَهُمْ بِمَا فِيهَا حَتَّى كَادَتْ السِّكَكُ أَنْ تُمْتَنَعَ مِنْ رِيحِهَا قَالَ أَنَسٌ وَمَا خَمْرُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَّا الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ مَخْلُوطَيْنِ قَالَ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدِي مَالُ يَتِيمٍ فَاشْتَرَيْتُ بِهِ خَمْرًا أَفَتَأْذَنُ لِي أَنْ أَبِيعَهُ فَأَرُدَّ عَلَى الْيَتِيمِ مَالَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ الثُّرُوبُ فَبَاعُوهَا وَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا وَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar informed us, from Thabit and Qatada, from Anas, who said: When wine was prohibited, he said: I was that day pouring drinks for them - pouring for eleven men. Then they commanded me, so I poured it out, and the people poured out their vessels with what was in them, until the lanes were nearly overwhelmed by its smell. Anas said: Their wine on that day was nothing but unripe and ripe dates mixed together. Then a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: I had an orphan's wealth with me and I bought wine with it - will you permit me to sell it and return the orphan's wealth to him? The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: May Allah fight the Jews - the fats were forbidden to them, so they sold them and ate their prices. And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not permit them to sell wine.
