Ibn Abi Adiyy narrated to us from Humayd, from Musa ibn Anas, from Anas: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was never asked for anything for the sake of Islam except that he gave it. A man came to him and asked him, so he ordered a large flock of sheep to be given to him, between two mountains, from the sheep of charity. He said: The man returned to his people and said, "O my people, embrace Islam, for Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, gives such gifts that he has no fear of poverty."
