حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ دَخَلَ عَلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا حَدَّثَنِي حَدِيثًا يَزْعُمُ أَنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَسَمِعْتَهُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ وَلَا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ وَلَا تُشِفُّوا بَعْضَهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَلَا تَبِيعُوا شَيْئًا غَائِبًا مِنْهَا بِنَاجِزٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Nafi': that Ibn Umar entered upon Abu Sa'id while I was with him, and he said, "This man told me a hadith, claiming that you narrate it from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him - did you hear it?" He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Do not sell gold for gold, nor silver for silver, except like for like, and do not make one of them exceed the other, and do not sell any of it that is absent for that which is present."
