Ibn Numayr told us: 'Ubaydullah informed us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ma'mar al-Ansari, from Nahar, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, one of you will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection until, among what he is questioned about, it will be said: 'What kept you from denouncing wrong when you saw it?' He said: Whoever God inspires with his argument will say: 'My Lord, I hoped in You, but I feared the people.'"
