725/943(صحيح)عن معاذ قال: أنا(1)رديف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال:" يا معاذ!"، قلت: لبيك وسعديك، ثم قال مثلها ثلاثاً:" هل تدري ما حق الله على العباد؟[قلت: لا، قال: حق الله على العباد]أن يعبدوه ولا يشركوا به شيئاً". ثم سار ساعة، فقال:" يا معاذ!"، قلت: لبيك وسعديك، قال:" هل تدري ما حق العباد على الله عز وجل إذا فعلوا ذلك؟ أن لا يعذبهم".
انگریزی ترجمہ
Mu'adh said: 'I was riding behind the Prophet (peace be upon him). He said: "O Mu'adh!" I said: "At your service!" He repeated this three times, then said: "Do you know what the right of Allah upon His servants is?" [I said: No. He said:] "The right of Allah upon His servants is that they worship Him and do not associate anything with Him." Then he rode for a while and said: "O Mu'adh!" I said: "At your service!" He said: "Do you know what the right of the servants upon Allah is when they do that? That He does not punish them."'
