حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْلِ مُعَاقَرَةِ الأَعْرَابِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ اسْمُ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَطَرٍ وَغُنْدَرٌ أَوْقَفَهُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated by Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade eating the meat of animals slaughtered by the bedouins in vainglorious competition. Abu Dawud (upon him be mercy) said: The name of Abu Rayhanah is Abdullah ibn Matar, and Ghundar narrated this tradition as a statement of Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), not of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے، فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان جانوروں کو کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے جنہیں اعرابی فخر و مقابلے کے طور پر ذبح کرتے ہیں۔ حضرت ابوداؤد فرماتے ہیں: ابوریحانہ کا نام عبداللہ بن مطر ہے، اور غندر نے اسے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما پر موقوف کیا ہے۔
