Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9384 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «إِذَا كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً فَلَيَصُفُّوا جَمِيعًا وَإِذَا كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَقَدَّمْهُمْ أَحَدُهُمْ»
English Translation
Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) said: 'If they are three, let them all stand in one row. And if they are more than that, let one of them step forward (to lead).'
