English Translation
Sahl ibn Sa'd al-Sa'idi said: I witnessed their li'an in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and I was fifteen years old. When they finished the mutual cursing, the man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I would have lied about her if I keep her." He divorced her three times. He said: "By Allah, if I have lied, I have borne a great fabrication." Then she passed by while pregnant, and the child was attributed to the mother.
