Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:2066 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا حُصَيْنٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ «مِنْ خَلْفِهِ لِأَنْظُرَ إِلَى مَوْضِعِ الْخَاتَمِ فَلَمَّا نَظَرَ إِلَيَّ أَلْقَى رِدَاءَهُ فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ»
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah said: He went behind the Prophet to look at the place of the seal (of prophethood). When the Prophet noticed him looking, he removed his cloak, and Jabir looked at it.
