English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by a man performing tawaf around the Ka'bah while another man was leading him by a strap through his nose, as part of a vow. The Prophet cut it and said: 'Lead him by his hand.' He also passed by a man who had tied his hand to another person with a leather strap or a thread. He cut it and said: 'Lead him by his hand.'
