نا نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:" يَضَعُ الْوَصِيُّ يَدَهُ مَعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَلا يَلْبَسُ الْعِمَامَةَ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا".
English Translation
Abu Qilabah (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: 'And if you want to replace one wife with another' (al-Nisa: 20): If you wish to divorce one wife and marry another, do not take anything from the dowry you gave the first.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں: وصی اپنا ہاتھ ان کے ہاتھوں کے ساتھ رکھے، اور عمامہ یا اس سے بہتر نہ پہنے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 570]
