ناعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِيعَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْبُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْبُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" مَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ غَزَا، وَمَنْ خَلَفَهُ فِي أَهْلِهِ بِخَيْرٍ فَقَدْ غَزَا".
English Translation
Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever equips a warrior in the cause of Allah has himself participated in the expedition, and whoever looks after the warrior's family with goodness has himself participated in the expedition."
Urdu Translation
رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جس نے اللہ کی راہ میں مجاہد کو سازوسامان دیا یا اس کے اہل میں اچھا سلوک کیا، گویا اس نے خود جہاد کیا۔“[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الجهاد/حدیث: 3502]
