Arabic (Original)
نا حَبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ:" طَلاقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ، وَعِدَّتُهَا قَرْءَانِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ لا تَحِيضُ فَشَهْرٌ وَنِصْفٌ".
English Translation
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i said: "The divorce of a slave-woman is two times, and her waiting period is two menstrual periods. If she does not menstruate, then it is one and a half months."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابراہیم نخعی رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں: باندی کی طلاق دو بار ہے اور عدت دو حیض۔ اور اگر حیض نہ آئے تو ڈیڑھ مہینہ۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2452]
