English Translation
Narrated Sab ibn Jaththamah al-Laythi (may Allah be pleased with him): He offered the meat of a wild donkey as a gift to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) while he (peace be upon him) was at (the place of) Abwa or Waddan, but he (peace be upon him) returned it. He said: When he (peace be upon him) saw the sorrow on my face, he said, "We returned it only for this reason, that we are in ihram."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا صعب بن جثامہ اللیثی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہانہوں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو ایک جنگلی گدھے کا گوشت ہدیہ دیا اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم(مقام) ابواء یا دوّان میں تھے، تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے واپس کر دیا۔ کہتے ہیں جب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے میرے چہرے پر ملال دیکھا تو فرمایا: ہم نے کسی اور وجہ سے واپس نہیں کیا، فقط اتنا ہے کہ ہم لوگ احرام باندھے ہوئے ہیں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 680]
