English Translation
Narrated Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) set out towards Mecca in Ramadan in the year of the Conquest of Mecca, and fasted, until when he reached (the place) Kura' al-Ghamim. The people too were fasting. Then he (peace be upon him) called for a cup of water and raised it, until the people looked at him. Then he (peace be upon him) drank it. (After that the people also drank.) Then it was said to him (peace be upon him): Some people are still fasting. So he (peace be upon him) said: "Those are the disobedient ones, those are the disobedient ones."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمفتح مکہ کے سال رمضان میں مکہ کی طرف نکلے اور روزہ رکھا، یہاں تک کہ جب (مقام) کراع غمیم تک پہنچے اور لوگوں نے بھی روزہ رکھا ہوا تھا۔ پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ایک پانی کا پیالہ منگوایا اور اس کو بلند کیا، یہاں تک کہ لوگوں نے ان کی طرف دیکھا۔ پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے پی لیا۔ (اس کے بعد لوگوں نے بھی پی لیا) اس کے بعد آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے عرض کیا گیا کہ بعض لوگ ابھی تک روزہ رکھے ہوئے ہیں تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ وہی نافرمان ہیں وہی نافرمان ہیں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 597]
