English Translation
Sayyiduna 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Among the supplications of the Messenger of Allah was also this: "O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessing, from the withdrawal of the well-being and good health You have granted, from Your sudden punishment, and from all things that bring Your wrath."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہ کی دعا میں یہ بھی تھی کہ”اے اللہ! میں تیری نعمت کے زوال سے اور عافیت اور دی ہوئی صحت کے پلٹ جانے سے اور تیرے اچانک عذاب سے اور تیرے غضب والے سب کاموں سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں“۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1913]
