English Translation
Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Companions of the Tree were thirteen hundred, and the tribe of Aslam comprised one-eighth of the Muhajirun."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن ابی اوفی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہاصحاب شجرہ تیرہ سو آدمی تھے اور (قبیلہ) اسلم کے لوگ مہاجرین کا آٹھواں حصہ تھے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1218]
