English Translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to forbid traveling to the land of the enemy carrying the Qur'an, for fear that it might fall into the hands of the enemy (and they would treat it with disrespect). [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1115]

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماس ڈر سے قرآن ساتھ لے کر دشمن کی سرزمین کی طرف سفر کرنے سے منع کرتے تھے کہ کہیں دشمن کے ہاتھ لگ جائے (اور وہ بے ادبی کریں)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1115]
