حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ احْتَرَقْتُ احْتَرَقْتُ . فَسَأَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا شَأْنُهُ " . فَقَالَ أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي . قَالَ " تَصَدَّقْ " . فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَا لِي شَىْءٌ وَمَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ . قَالَ " اجْلِسْ " . فَجَلَسَ فَبَيْنَا هُوَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ يَسُوقُ حِمَارًا عَلَيْهِ طَعَامٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيْنَ الْمُحْتَرِقُ آنِفًا " . فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَغَيْرَنَا فَوَاللَّهِ إِنَّا لَجِيَاعٌ مَا لَنَا شَىْءٌ . قَالَ " فَكُلُوهُ " .
English Translation
Abbad b. Abdullah b. Zubair reported that he had heard Hadrat 'A'isha, the wife of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), as saying:A person came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in the mosque during (the month of) Ramadan and said: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), I am burnt, I am burnt, whereupon the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) inquired him as to what the matter was. Upon this he said: I had intercourse with my wife (in a state of fasting) Thereupon he (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) said: Give charity. Upon this he said: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), I swear by God, there is nothing with me (to give in charity) as I do not possess anything. He (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) said: Sit down. So he sat down and he was in this very state when there came a person urging a donkey with a load of eatables upon it. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Where is that burnt one who was just here? Thereupon the person stood up. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Give this (eatables brought by the man) in charity. Upon this the person said: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), can there be anyone else (more deserving than I)? By Allah. we are hungry, we have nothing with us. Upon this he (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) said: Then eat (these eatables)
Urdu Translation
ابو طاہر ، ابن وہب ، عمرو بن لیث ، عبدالرحمان بن قاسم ، محمد بن جعفر بن حضرت زبیر ، عبادبن عبداللہ بن حضرت زبیر ، سیدہ حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زوجہ مطہرہ فرماتی ہیں ۔ ایک آدمی نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں رمضان میں مسجد میں آیا اور اس سے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم !میں تو جل گیا میں تو جل گیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس سے پوچھا کہ کیا ہوا؟تو اس نے عرض کیا کہ میں نے اپنی بیوی سے ہم بستری کرلی ہے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا صدقہ کرتو اس نے عرض کیا اللہ کی قسم!اے اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میرے پاس تو کچھ بھی نہیں اور میں اس پر قدرت بھی نہیں ر کھتا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا بیٹھ جا تو وہ بیٹھ گیا اسی دوران ایک آدمی اپناگدھا ہانکتے ہوئے لایا جس پر کھانا رکھا ہواتھا ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا وہ جلنے والا آدمی کہاں ہے؟وہ آدمی کھڑا ہواتو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایااس کو صدقہ کر تو اس آدمی نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ! کیا ہمارے علاوہ بھی ( کوئی صدقہ کا مستحق ہے ) اللہ کی قسم ہم بھوکے ہیں ہمارے پاس کچھ بھی نہیں ہے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا تم ہی اسے کھالو ۔
