Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَبُو بَكْرٍ سَيِّدُنَا وَخَيْرُنَا وَأَحَبُّنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
English Translation
Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Abu Bakr: "You are my companion at the Pond and my companion in the Cave." Reported by Tirmidhi, and he said: This is a gharib hadith.
Urdu Translation
عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ ہمارے سردار ہیں، ہم سب سے بہتر ہیں اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو ہم سب سے زیادہ پیارے ہیں۔ صحیح، رواہ الترمذی۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6027]
