عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «عُمْرَانُ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ خَرَابُ يَثْرِبَ وَخَرَابُ يَثْرِبَ خُرُوجُ الْمَلْحَمَةِ وَخُرُوجُ الْمَلْحَمَةِ فَتْحُ قُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ وَفَتْحُ قُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ خُرُوجُ الدَّجَّال». رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
English Translation
Mu'adh ibn Jabal reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The building up of Bayt al-Maqdis will herald the destruction of Yathrib (Madinah). The destruction of Yathrib will herald the emergence of the great battle. The emergence of the great battle will herald the conquest of Constantinople. And the conquest of Constantinople will herald the emergence of the Dajjal." Narrated by Abu Dawud.
Urdu Translation
معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”بیت المقدس کی آبادی، یثرب کی بربادی کے وقت ہو گی، اور یثرب کی خرابی بڑی جنگ کے وقت ہو گی، اور بڑی جنگ فتح قسطنطنیہ کے وقت ہو گی، اور قسطنطنیہ کی فتح دجال کے نکلنے کے وقت ہو گی۔“حسن، رواہ ابوداؤد۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الفتن/حدیث: 5424]
