وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لِلْعَبْدِ فِي مَالِهِ جَعَلَهُ فِي المَاء والطين»
English Translation
A'ishah reported: Abu Bakr came to us and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Know that the people of the household have not been cooking." He said: "I know. But I have offered my meal to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." He said: "Come on then." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ate from it and said: "I had intended to fast but I ate from it. I shall fast another day in its place." Narrated by Muslim.
Urdu Translation
علی رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”جب بندے کے کسی مال میں برکت نہ رکھی جائے تو وہ اس مال کو پانی اور مٹی (یعنی تعمیر) پر صرف کرتا ہے۔“اسنادہ ضعیف جذا، رواہ البیھقی فی شعب الایمان۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الرقاق/حدیث: 5209]
