1041 صحيح حديث ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا، فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ
English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Give the prescribed shares of inheritance to those who are entitled to them. Whatever remains is for the closest male relative."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”میراث اس کے حق داروں تک پہنچا دو اور جو کچھ باقی بچے وہ سب سے زیادہ قریبی مرد عزیز کا حصہ ہے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الفرائض/حدیث: 1041]
