Arabic (Original)
عَنْمُوسَى، عَنْسَالِمٍ، عَنْعَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: كَثيرًا مِمَّا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَحْلِفُ، يَعْنِي الْيَمِينَ، يَقُولُ:" لا، وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ".
English Translation
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Gentleness is not added to anything except that it beautifies it, and it is not removed from anything except that it disgraces it."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماکثر اس قسم کے ساتھ قسم اٹھاتے: آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمفرماتے:”نہیں، دلوں کو پھیرنے والے کی قسم۔“[مسند عبدالله بن مبارك/حدیث: 183]
