English Translation
Al-Husayn bin Idris al-Ansari narrated to us, Ahmad bin Abi Bakr narrated to us, Malik narrated to us from Abu al-Zinad from al-A'raj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Faith has over seventy branches - or over sixty branches - the highest of which is saying La ilaha illa Allah (there is no god but Allah), and the lowest of which is removing harmful things from the path. And modesty is a branch of faith.'
