أَخْبَرَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الطَّاحِيُّ الْعَابِدُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى كِسْرَى وَقَيْصَرَ وَأُكَيْدِرَ دُومَةَ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى»
English Translation
Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Azdi narrated to us: Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from his mother, from 'A'ishah, who said: I used to apply perfume to the Prophet ﷺ before he went into ihram and when he came out of ihram before he performed tawaf around the House.
