أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَدَّثَ قَالَ «بَيْنَا أَنَا أَسِيرُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ إِذْ عَرَضَ لِي نَهَرٌ حَافَّتَاهُ قِبَابُ اللُّؤْلُؤِ الْمُجَوَّفِ فَقَالَ الْمَلَكُ الَّذِي مَعَهُ أَتَدْرِي مَا هَذَا؟ هَذَا الْكَوْثَرُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاكَ رَبُّكَ وَضَرَبَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى أَرْضِهِ فَأَخْرَجَ مِنْ طِينِهِ الْمِسْكَ»
English Translation
Al-Hasan ibn Sufyan narrated to us: Al-Abbas ibn al-Walid al-Narsi narrated to us: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ narrated, saying: 'While I was traveling in Paradise, a river appeared before me, its banks were domes of hollowed pearls. The angel who was with me said: Do you know what this is? This is al-Kawthar that your Lord has given you. And he struck with his hand to its ground and extracted from its mud musk.'
