أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ وَرْدَانَ بِالْفُسْطَاطِ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ مُؤْمِنٍ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَفَيْحُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ الْإِيمَانُ وَالْحَسَدُ»
English Translation
Isma'il ibn Dawud ibn Wardan informed us in Fustat, Isa ibn Hammad narrated to us, al-Layth informed us from Ibn 'Ajlan from Suhayl from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «There will not gather in the heart of a believing servant dust in the path of Allah and the heat of Hellfire, nor will there gather in the heart of a servant faith and envy.»
Urdu Translation
اسماعیل بن داؤد بن وردان نے فسطاط میں ہمیں خبر دی، عیسیٰ بن حماد نے ہم سے بیان کیا، لیث نے ابن عجلان سے، انہوں نے سہیل سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «کسی مومن بندے کے دل میں اللہ کی راہ کا غبار اور جہنم کی گرمی اکٹھے نہیں ہوں گے اور نہ ہی کسی بندے کے دل میں ایمان اور حسد اکٹھے ہوں گے۔»
