أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ أَخِي أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا ثُمَّ يَصُومُ» فَرَدَّ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فُتْيَاهُ
English Translation
Abu Khalifah narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Malik ibn Anas, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: «The two parties in a transaction have the option as long as they have not separated - or he said: until they separate. And if they are truthful and make clear, they will be blessed in their transaction. And if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out.»
Urdu Translation
ہمیں ابو خلیفہ نے خبر دی، ہمیں مسدد نے حدیث سنائی، ہمیں یحییٰ بن سعید نے حدیث سنائی، مالک بن انس سے، نافع سے، حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے، نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے، آپ نے فرمایا: «لین دین کے دونوں فریقوں کو اختیار ہے جب تک وہ جدا نہ ہوں - یا فرمایا: جب تک جدا نہ ہوں۔ اور اگر وہ سچے ہوں اور واضح کریں تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوگی۔ اور اگر وہ جھوٹ بولیں اور چھپائیں تو ان کی خرید و فروخت کی برکت مٹا دی جائے گی۔»
