أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَ مِّهِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَاعِدًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ إِذْ دَخَلَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَقَعَدَ يَبُولُ فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَهْ مَهْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا تُزْرِمُوهُ» ثُمَّ دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْمَسَاجِدَ لَا تَصْلُحُ لِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْقَذَرِ وَالْخَلَاءِ» وَكَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّمَا هِيَ لِقِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآنِ أَوْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ» ثُمَّ دَعَا بِدَلْوٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
English Translation
Hadrat Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was sitting in the mosque when a Bedouin entered and sat down to urinate. The Companions of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: Stop! Stop! The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Do not interrupt him. Then he called him and said: These mosques are not appropriate for any filth or waste. As the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: They are only for the recitation of the Quran and the remembrance of Allah. Then he called for a bucket of water and poured it over it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ ایک بدوی آیا اور بیٹھ کر پیشاب کرنے لگا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے صحابہ نے کہا: رک! رک! نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اسے مت روکو۔ پھر اسے بلایا اور فرمایا: یہ مسجدیں کسی قسم کی گندگی اور پاخانے کے لیے نہیں ہیں۔ جیسا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ صرف قرآن کی تلاوت اور اللہ کے ذکر کے لیے ہیں۔ پھر ایک بالٹی پانی منگوایا اور اس پر ڈال دیا۔
