أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الدَّقِيقِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ النَّسَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ ثنا وَكِيعُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَيِّدُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ خَمْسَةٌ وَمُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ سَيِّدُ الْخَمْسَةِ نُوحٌ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى وَمُحَمَّدٌ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ وَسَلَامُهُ عَلَيْهِمْ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ» صحيح
English Translation
Narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: 'The leaders of the Prophets are five, and Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is the leader of the five: Nuh (Noah), Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus), and Muhammad — blessings and peace of Allah be upon them all.' This hadith has a sound chain of narration even though it is mawquf (stopped at the Companion) from Abu Hurairah.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: انبیاء کے سردار پانچ ہیں اور محمد صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ان پانچوں کے سردار ہیں: نوح، ابراہیم، موسیٰ، عیسیٰ اور محمد علیہم الصلاة والسلام۔ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اگرچہ ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ پر موقوف ہے۔
