Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -اسْتَسْقَى فَأَشَارَ بِظَهْرِ كَفَّيْهِ إِلَى اَلسَّمَاءِ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (896).
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed for rain pointing the back of his palms to the sky. .
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے بارش کی دعا مانگی اور اپنے ہاتھوں کی پشت آسمان کی طرف اشارہ فرمایا۔ (مسلم)
