English Translation
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): When we pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to hear and obey, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would say to us, "As much as you are able" (that is, you are only obliged to act upon it to the extent of your capacity).
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہجب ہم سننے اور اطاعت کرنے پر رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی بیعت کرتے تو نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمہم سے فرماتے کہ جتنی تم طاقت رکھتے ہو۔ (یعنی جتنی تمہاری استطاعت ہے اتنا ہی اس پر عمل کرنا ہو گا)۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2207]
