English Translation
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: "One of the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) observed i'tikaf with him while she was in a state of istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding). She would see the blood flowing. Sometimes she would place a basin beneath her due to the excessive bleeding."
Urdu Translation
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ہمراہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی کسی بیوی نے بھی اعتکاف کیا حالانکہ وہ مستحاضہ تھیں، خون کو (خارج ہوتے ہوئے) دیکھتی تھیں۔ پس وہ اکثر اپنے نیچے خون (کی کثرت کے سبب) سے طشت رکھ لیا کرتی تھیں۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 211]
