English Translation
The Mother of the Believers, Aisha al-Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her), said that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) passed away, we had by then begun to get our fill of dates and water.
Urdu Translation
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہجب رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی وفات ہوئی اس وقت ہمیں کھجوریں اور پانی پیٹ بھر کر کھانے کو ملنے لگا تھا۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1889]
