English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to seek Allah's protection for Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both), saying: "Your forefather Ibrahim used to seek Allah's protection for Isma'il and Ishaq with these words: 'I seek refuge in Allah's Perfect Words from every devil, every poisonous creature, and every evil eye.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسیدنا حسن اور حسین (رضی اللہ عنہما) اللہ کی پناہ مانگا کرتے تھے اور فرماتے:”بیشک تمہارے دادا ابراہیم (اپنے بیٹوں) اسماعیل اور اسحاق (علیہ السلام) کے لیے ان کلمات کے ساتھ اللہ کی پناہ مانگا کرتے تھے کہ”اللہ تعالیٰ کے پورے کلموں کے ذریعے سے ہر شیطان اور زہریلے، ہلاک کرنے والے جانور سے اور ہر نظر لگانے والی آنکھ سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1418]
