حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَ الرِّجَالُ وَالنِّسَاءُ يَتَوَضَّئُونَ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَمِيعًا.
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates: During the time of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), men and women used to perform ablution together (from the same vessel).
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے زمانے میں مرد اور عورتیں سب مل کر (ایک ہی برتن سے) وضو کیا کرتے تھے۔
