English Translation
Muhammad ibn Uthman narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), who said: Some people from the Ansar passed by me shooting at a pigeon, so he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited taking any living creature as a target.
