وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو ال��حُسَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْأَدَمِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عُمَرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ زَكَاةُ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى الْحَاضِرِ وَالْبَادِي وَرَوَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ وَرَوَاهُ سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْحَاضِرَ وَالْبَادِيَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ سَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدًا يَعْنِي الْبُخَارِيَّ عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ
English Translation
And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Zakah al-fitr is upon the settled and the nomadic.' Ibrahim ibn Mahdi also narrated it from al-Mu'tamir and gave the full hadith. Salim ibn Nuh also narrated it from Ibn Jurayj from Amr from his father from his grandfather in a raised form, but did not mention the settled and the nomadic. Abu Isa al-Tirmidhi said: I asked Muhammad (meaning al-Bukhari) about this hadith, and he said: Ibn Jurayj did not hear from Amr ibn Shu'ayb.
